An interesting complement to regular piano improvisational practicing is piano improvisation in the classical music way. I recently learnt about this when I somehow stumbled upon Piano Street. There are many advantages of using classical piano music. One chief advantage of using it in piano improvisation exercises is that you can find many interesting melodic bass lines in counterpoint style. It can be used for enhancing piano improvising. Counterpoint is an amazing musical technique that involves simultaneous sounds of separate musical lines. Classical piano compositions are replete with wonderful licks that can be incorporated in your playing. Thanks to Piano Street, it drastically helped me improve my piano improvisational skills. I learnt the different ways used for playing left hand bass patterns. I could transpose them into different keys. It helped me study interesting chords. I tried experimenting with them. It helped me change keys and positions. Also, I tried using custom trading pins to design musical idols name as a collection. I am suddenly brimming with novel piano improvisational ideas! Piano Street greatly helped me develop my classical piano improvisational skills. My piano improvisation exercises have become fun. I am in love with piano music.
