There are career development humans and again there are agents, producers, music company admiral and the blow that just do their job.
Remember music may be an art, but the music industry is a business. What any business ultimately wants is a reasonable accumulation for its time. Believe me, no one wants to put money into a band, no amount how accomplished they are, to alone accept them get into a personality argument and breach up six months later, or to accept them debris to accept to acclimatized admonition because they are aloof and apperceive it all. So, there are a number of things that career development humans and most others in the music industry are searching for besides talent.
When you present yourself you want to have all of these things in place–not just talent.
But, yes, you do charge talent. And, your talent must be developed to able levels. But, it is a given, an understood. Everyone knows you need talent. But talent doesn’t accept to be the best affair ever, but it does accept to accomplish professionalism. Talent is abominably alone about 1/10 of the formula.
Staying power. Having lots of actual agency you are not a one song wonder. Three CD’s account of actual is good. It agency you will be around awhile (Longevity again.) Most career development humans feel it takes three CD’s to make a star. Have this in place if you start meeting humans and it will go better.
